Samsung’s first foldable mobile phone has been revealed, in the shape of the Galaxy Fold.
It comes as part of the Galaxy Unpacked Event hosted by Samsung on 20th February 2019.
The new phone-tablet hybrid will go on sale in 2 months time, and will retail at around £1515, making it the most expensive handset on the market.
The first version is 4G, showcasing 6 cameras and an impressive 7.3 inch folded out screen and will have the capability to run 3 applications on screen at once.
The cameras are located in different places; 3 on the back, 1 on the front and 2 on the inside, meaning it will be possible to take photos from any angle, however it’s held.
After spending around 5 years in development, the Galaxy Fold is presented as a new age of technology and the biggest shift in the industry for over a decade.
