Out of Hours Support

*The Frontier Group office will be closing for the Christmas period on Thursday 24th December 3pm.

The office will then be open on the following days;

Tuesday 29th December | 10am – 4pm
Wednesday, 30th December | 10am – 4pm
Thursday, 31st December | 10am – 3pm

Please be aware that only emergency queries can be dealt with during this time, as well as tech support from the Customer Service Team. Any new kit orders or connections will be processed after the Christmas period.

Normal service will resume Monday, 4th January, 9am – 5.30pm.

O2 customers can now make use of their own self service portal called the Connected Hub, where limited actions such as bars and SIM swaps are available to perform without assistance from the Frontier team.  You must be registered for the portal, so please contact your Account Manager if you would like an introduction to this service.

If you would like to make changes to your Horizon Telephone System, you can perform Diverts by logging on to your customer portal here.
