SAMSUNG REVEAL GALAXY 10 LAUNCH DATE
On January 10th, Samsung revealed that they will announce the next generation of their premium handset on 20th February 2019. The announcement will mark 10 years of the Galaxy range and the event will stream live at 7pm GMT. We’ll be sure the post the link on our Social Media pages, so keep a look out!
NIKE RELEASES SELF LACING SMARTPHONE TRAINERS
In a world where Wearable Tech becomes more advanced by the day, Nike release the latest version of their self-lacing trainers, controlled via smartphone. The trainers shape to the contours of the foot, in a nod to the Back To The Future Part 2 reference, some 30 years ago and come in at $350 a pair.
PALM LAUNCHES TINY SMARTPHONE
After being acquired by tech giant TCL in 2015, Palm has launched it’s first smartphone since 2010. This tiny smartphone is a mirror image of your regular phone and is designed to replace it temporarily when your big phone is just too big. Frontier is awarded Total Communications Parnter Status!
You may have seen us feature in the online industry magazine Mobile News last month, as our Managing Director, Andrew Rowley was interviewed about our journey to Total Communications partner with Vodafone. The Vodafone Partner Programme consists of four levels of partner; Approved, Specialist, Advanced and Total Communications Partner. This accreditation is the highest possible partner level with Vodafone, and means that we have access to better resources for our customers.
A Total Communications Partner specialises in both fixed and mobile products across Vodafone, making us experts in what we do.
New Team Member – Vanessa Barrerias-Kirk
In December, we introduced a new member to our Customer Service Team – Vanessa Barreiras-Kirk. Nessa joined us as an Internal Account Manager, having had an extensive career in the telecoms industry. Nessa has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked for telecoms giants in the billing and technical support teams. We hope you join us in welcoming Nessa to the team.
World Transplant Games!
As you may have seen, we’ve signed up to support the World Transplant Games in August 2019. Not only are we volunteering at the games, but we’re taking part in challenges across the year to raise £10,000 to support the charity. We’re already at £9110.52 pledged, from our kind suppliers and our Charity Golf Day in June – get in touch if you’d like to hear about our advertising opportunities!
