Office Manager

Since joining Frontier in 2013, I started my career as a Corporate Account Manager and have now progressed to Office Manager.

I am responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

I also manage the customer service team ensuring our customers are happy when it comes to their communications both within and outside the workplace. We study the way each customer works, sowe can provide cost-effective, efficient solutions to optimise their business processes.
I oversee the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction, I also carry out One – One meetings to build relationships, development and motivation.

Outside of work, I enjoy friends and family gatherings, lots of cycling and beach walks with my Jack Russell. I also love going on holiday – my favourite place so far is the Dominican Republic. Best of all, I love nights in with my family, with a good movie and lots of laughs.
