Customer Service Specialist

I have worked for Frontier since 2017 after working in the mobile industry with a network for 14 years, within various roles and departments prior to joining the Frontier Family.

I joined as Customer Service Specialist, primarily looking after customers with Small Business mobile accounts. My role has since expanded and I now also take care of a portion of our Connectivity customers too. My responsibilities vary, from completing customer reports and reviews to ensure they are on the best value tariffs, to managing and monitoring their telephone systems.

I am married and have been for 28 years, have two wonderful children who are 29 and 25 years old and have two beautiful Grandchildren, Thea and Poppy.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family. I love to shop and also love a good party, but mostly enjoysoaking up the sun, holidaying in different places, ranging from Spain, Turkey or my favourite place, the Dominican Republic. I always feel better with a tan!
