I joined the Frontier Group in 2014, having previously worked in the mobile industry. I started as a Sales Executive and I am now Frontier’s Marketing Manager. My role involves all aspects of marketing, from advertising and social media to campaigns and events. I also take care of Frontier’s existing mobile customers, looking after contract renewals, ensuring every customer is given the best value for money and is on the right plan moving forward. In 2015, 97% of our mobile customers decided to stay with Frontier for their next contract, proving that the customer service experience throughout their contract is second to none.
Outside of work, I enjoy designing prints and artwork for friends and family, and watching rubbish reality TV! I also love reading about and discussing conspiracy theories and hidden secrets of the world! I am an avid believer in tarot readings and spiritualists, and believe that what you put out there, you receive back. I mostly enjoy going out for dinner and cocktails, spending quality time with the ones I love.
