I’ve worked in mobile customer service for 8 years, joining the Frontier Group in 2012. I am responsible for mobile contract order processing and take care of all steps in between creating the sale and handing over to the after-sales care team, including ordering stock, connecting numbers and setting up handsets. I frequently visit customers on-site, supporting them as their mobile contracts go live, making sure every phone is set up correctly and everything is working on the day. I aim to ensure transitions for our customers are as smooth as can be, with the least disruption to the business as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, shopping and travelling – I want to travel the world! I love trying food from all over the world and visiting new places. I love spending time with my friends and family, going out, having a dance and treating myself to the odd few cocktails and a prosecco or two.
