We work with Access HSC to bring an even higher level of dedicated support to our customers. Our care services team members are trained in Access care planning software to give you first line technical support and diagnostics, should you need it.

We have worked in conjunction with Access HSC since 2016, continuously learning about their products, support processes and individual team members, to give our mutual customers the best possible experience when it comes to their care planning technology.

Our Care Services team undertake regular training programmes with Access HSC, including areas such as diagnostics, customer support and new products, ensuring our teams are always as knowledgeable about the other services you use, alongside those we provide.
