Account Director | Solutions Specialist
My name is Paul Smith and I am a Solutions Specialist and Account Director with the Frontier Group. I am responsible for winning new accounts for Frontier, managing the end to end transition of the new accounts and then, ultimately, owning the customer relationship management, growth and development of my clients.
I have 18 years’ experience in business, account management and development in technology. I am driven by combining customer service excellence with the understanding of how I can support and compliment the strategic growth of the Frontier Group and my customers’ requirements.
Outside work I enjoy quality family time with my three beautiful children and wife. I am also committed to keeping fit through running and sports, plus, most recently, trying out a new regime from Athez – “Excellence through Movement”.
